About Us

Most donatable items will go to The People's City Mission (PCM). We will give you a generalized list of donated items and a receipt so you can establish a value for tax purposes. PCM has a goal of giving away as many donations as possible to the homeless and impoverished in Lincoln.

Donations also help Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), Goodwill, Catholic Social Services, local libraries and more. Items need to be in good condition in order to be donatable. No tears, stains, or broken pieces. Clothing, furniture, household items, and seasonal items are the most commonly donatable items.

We also have had a partnership with the H.A.Y. (Horses Assisting Youth) Foundation who worked with children between the ages of 4 and 17 who had social and/or emotional struggles that affected their daily lives.

An estate clearout is usually the next step after an estate sale. We can quickly empty a house so it can be sold or turn unused space into usable space.

A clearout usually only takes one day but it depends on the amount of items to be taken away.

The price will depend on the length of time the loading will take and the amount of items to be taken away. Call for a free quote!

We recommend not being present during a clearout. It can be difficult to see your home being emptied of your possessions.

It is important to us to be environmentally friendly. We do our best to minimize waste and distribute usable items to the organizations that need them.

Recyclable items will be taken to the local recycling centers to help save landfill space, conserve resources and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We will work with you to make sure your hazardous waste is taken to a collection event or recycling center.

We typically leave anything attached to the house, all appliances (unless requested to remove them), and items which clearly belong with the home (extra doors, windows, matching paint, tile, carpet remnants, house hardware, light fixtures, and work benches)
